My husband and I purchased our caravan during covid in 2020.
New Pines is by far the nicest holiday park in North Wales. The location is simply perfect for our needs, so close to the main tourist areas and coast of North Wales.
The community of home owners at New Pines are wonderful and this makes us stay year on year.
We have had some issue with the facilities and services that were promised to us when we purchased our holiday home but since setting up the owners association and collaborating more effectively with the management, things in 2025 are starting to improve.
So onwards and upwards for the coming years.
